J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ShippingEasy (Austin, TX) en sept. 2016
Entretien
The interview process begins with the typical phone screening going over qualifications, expectations of the positions, office culture, etc. The recruiter forgot to call me on the first time we schedule so we did have to reschedule it. Basically just getting to know you and making sure you would be a fit first. Then went into the office for the in person interview. I was interviewed by two people. It was just the basic interview questions regarding a customer service type role and getting to know you. It lasted about an hour and a half. I was then told I should hear something by the end of the week, which I never did. Followed up with recruiter for the second time the next week, she said they were still trying to make a final decision but would let me know either way within the next 2 days. Never heard anything back. It seamed very unprofessional.

Very fun and casual, it felt like I was talking to friends. You are asked important questions pertaining to how you think you can be an asset to the company, but they also try and get to know you on a personal level as well. The entire interview was stress free and I left laughing and wanting to work there even more so than when I walked in.

It may not be the same as we have grown, but my experience was a call from the CEO directly, then an interview with 2 folks from the team. I heard within a couple of days regarding my offer.
