Unfortunately this was a very rough and unprofessional experience. I did an initial phone interview and went in 5 days later for two more in person interviews. I shadowed other sales team members as well. All in all the process took 1 1/2 hours. Everybody was very friendly and really made me feel welcomed. Afterwards I got a phone call before I even left the office stating that they were very impressed and wanted to get the ball rolling to part three of the interview process. It was a role play call. After the role play call I was told that I did an amazing job and that I would get a call the next day. Two days passed so I sent an email. I got a response a day later stating they would be discussing on the next Monday and that “things are looking good!” I was also told in the email that I would be reached to early that week.. .. days go by.. late that week I receive an email stating that they were very impressed again.. but decided to hold off on hiring after all. Very unfortunate to be pulled along for over 2 weeks for what seemed to be a great team all in all.
