All online. Very easy to follow directions and record your answers using the phone. Tests were given online. It only took a matter of days to get approved to go to the next step and only two days after the interview to get word of the job offer. Probably a very easy process for younger people who use technology easily but may be difficult for older or non techie people.

The interview process took 10-15 minutes and you had to record yourself responding to their questions. The questions had to do with customer service and shopping. You can re-record until you are happy with your response.
