DM was very personable. Had and actual conversation as well as a questionnaire to follow. If the dm felt the candidate was a good fit they then take a PASS test. If the candidate passes the test then they may get the offer.

Applied through indeed.com. Got a call to schedule the interview a week later, out of town DM so the interview wasn't for two weeks. Was offered the position but turned it down for the VERY LOW hourly rate, and the rate did not come close to what glassdoor has listed as Store Manager salary.

Didn't ask many questions, pretty was selling me the job. I have to ask if he had any questions for me. Did not look at my resume or job application that they make you fill out. There is also a personality test you have to do that is about 80 questions.

It was fast and easy and professional. It is a straight to the point type of interview and the manager hiring was professional.
It was a easy process. Walked in, fill up an application and also then did an interview.
It as a good experience.
