We try our best to have each interviewer focus on specific attributes to minimize question overlap, so your feedback is timely and will help us to continue to improve. As far as the canned email rejection - that should not have happened.
Any candidate who makes it past the hiring manager interview receives a call in addition to a personalized email if a voice message was left. When declining your profile in our system, the recruiter accidentally clicked the wrong check box which resulted in you getting the default email. Your feedback will minimize this happening in the future as each recruiter is going to be more mindful of that error going forward.
