The interview process was quite straightforward. I was contacted by HR for an initial phone screening, followed by a short in-person interview with the hiring manager. The questions were mostly about my background, communication skills, and ability to handle clients. The process felt rushed, and there wasn’t much explanation about the role or expectations.

Entretien
I went through 4 to 5 rounds consisting from the recruiter, head of operations, operations manager and then peer review interviews. Questions asked were related to experience in using certain tools (eg Salesforce or Data related tools) and a lot of dive deep questions on what you would do or one's thought process in solving a specific problem and rationable of solving it. Most of the interviewers were patient and helped me understand the role better!

Entretien
It was very much welcoming and the process was smooth. It was like you are having a conversation with new people. It doesn't feel odd and uncomfortable at all. Interviewer made me feel comfortable and less nervous
