The interview process is a group format, consisting of one interviewer and three candidates. The questions are generally straightforward, covering topics like your reasons for a career change or why you applied for the role. You’ll be asked to introduce yourself and share specific examples of unique customer service experiences. As long as you answer honestly and prepare some past experiences to back up your points, you should be fine

Entretien
HR interview with 5 other candidates in one room. Interviewer is so kind and ask all questions so directly. Interview process last very shortly, only around 6-7 minutes for each person. Such a great opportunity.
