Phone call interview and basic GMAT questions sent through email. The GMAT question needs to be highlighted in docs and send back within the allocated time (I don't know why they don't use online platform instead). Unfortunately, the HR disappear after my GMAT submission and no response after 2 months attempt to follow up with them through email.

I applied for the role via their career site. Got an email from HR team within 24 hours after submission. Amazing. The HR scheduled an interview for next 2 days and I agreed. The interview was casual, staff basically explaining about the role, team, and general targets. Then we talked about previous experiences. By the end of interview, the staff told me I got a green light from HR side, and that staff will reach out to 3 potentials users for me within 3-5 days. I heardnothing for two weeks. I contacted this staff asking about this application and seemingly this staff turned to a ghost! very disappointing experiences from an irresponsible staff
