1: HR interview - basic interview questions, quite approachable. Mainly asking about CV and strengths, weaknesses etc. 1.5: Assignment - excel sheet 2: Hiring Manager interview/team manager - Presentation for the assignment, asked some questions about thought process, work experience 3: Director - She looked disinterested from the start, felt like she wasn't listening to my answers at all and started using and laughing at her phone halfway through. Kind of disrespectful Never made it to the fourth round. All interviews were online. Overall they were quite efficient with the whole process with timely updates, until the very end where they all ghosted even with multiple bumps (not even a template rejection email was sent). 4 rounds in total: 1st - Phone interview with HR 2nd - Timed Excel test 3rd - Zoom interview with the hiring manager 4th - Zoom interview with the Head of Department
