apply online and got shortlisted email notification, the first round is the phone interview. questions are not difficult, but the job doesn't fit my career growth so didn't get second round interview.

Entretien
HR was late for interview, first question was asking about qualifications which was supposed to be screened/clarified before intiating the video interview. Interview lasted 2 minutes. Please train your HR as the candidate expeirence was so bad.
