I applied for the Malaysia-based program. You first do an online test under a video monitor, which takes about two hours. If passed, HR will contact you via email to set an interview appointment. Didn't pass the HR interview, but the entire process was smooth and friendly.

the interview was straight-forward, two-part, first is behavior and then a case study. i strongly suggest to come prepared for the case study, and do some practice. i think the interview lasted about an hour

Entretien
There’s lots of stage in recruiting process. Basically, it has 5-6 rounds in total. First round is resume screening and online assessment. The second round is HR interview that will normally eliminate half of the candidates. The other rounds are all MBB-like case interview

The language used in interviews depended on interviewer, some are 50% English 50% Thai or 100% English. The question mainly focused on how we decide something that really important and impactful and how we deal with the following impact.
