My profile was recommended by a Shopee employee. Initial screening/ interview by the HR Manager, second interview with the Head of BAS or COO, and final interview with the Managing Director (Singaporean).

In the final interview, the managing director asked why she never heard of our start up company during that time. She totally ignored my Lazada experience and achievements.

There's no certain process for sure! I was given a real data analytic case to test my on-the-daily-job-skill I guess. But that's about it! Then I was interviewed by the Head of BD. He only asked behavioral questions that made me wonder what they were really looking for.
The interview was great, though it took lot of stages. I had to do Interview for 4 times but the interviewer was nice and share a lot about the job information
