Pretty standard process. HR screen followed by Hiring Manager questions on category management and Director level questions on past experience, behavioral and situational questions. Recently started hiring process again as it was freezed for the past year

Entretien
Interviewed twice for the KAM position in PH, first with the HR second with the line manager. It's been 9 weeks and no feedback at all ever since, and I've been sending 5 follow up emails also. At least let the candidate know if they got rejected thru an email, even if it's auto generated. Very bad experience, really unprofessional.
HR as initial interviewer then once accepted, got interviewed by the hiring manager. Process took a week since I already told the HR that I have an offer from another company. Interview was quick but they'd ask about your soft and hard skills.
