I found Show Media's posting on Craigslist and figured it was worth a shot to apply for their sales position. I got a pretty immediate response that they wanted me to take a survey. At this point I sort of thought it was some Craigslist scam but took it. Then they wanted me to take a test. I felt a little dumb taking the test but must have done well enough because I got an interview. During the interview I got to speak with one of their sales people and I thought it went pretty well. It was a pretty casual interview. In the end, I did not get the position but respect the company's interview process - with the way the economy has been, they must get a million responses from Craigslist.
