The only good thing about the interview process is that it is easy to apply but that it is it. There is an initial HR call screen following by one to two rounds of interviews with Partners. While the actual interviews with them were fine, finding the status of your application was a pain. There is no way to track your application, so I had to repeatedly follow up with the recruiter. I really thought I was qualified and even overqualified in some instances, but when I finally found out I was not selected, there was no feedback given. Oddly enough after the final interview, HR had stated the availability of the role was dependent on "bench availability" or something like that. If that were the case, why did you even consider posting the position? It seems to be a pattern echoed by some others here. I would advise to seek other consulting companies and opportunities and steer clear of this one.

Business case sur un projet client en utilisant l'IA et en étant évalué dessus. L'entretien dure 1h, il y a quelques éléments de contexte qui sont données au démarrage et ensuite on passe au cas pratique. On m'a demandé si j'avais des questions dessus puis on a répondu à aucune, m'a indiqué que le temps était limité 5 min et j'ai du partager mon écran pour montrer ce que je faisais avec l'IA. Il y a ensuite eu une restitution et j'ai pu poser quelques questions.
