There was initial aptitude test, then Indian HR round and finally french HR and their technical team interviewed me. Interview went really good, they said we will call you in a week, so after a week I mailed them regarding feedback, so again they said we will let you know within a month whether you are selected or not. So after a month I mailed them and they said you are not selected. This process took almost 50 days and they did not even bother to tell me the status of the interview whether I'm selected or not. Very poor communication from Sidel.
