I got an email for an interview online for an hour and a half. I got asked few questions by Senior Manager, Software Test and the HR Manager at Sierra Wireless.
I think the process is very easy.
first round is phone call interview with HR, then second round is in person interview with manager and senior engineer in the office, that will include white coding question and python coding questions.

Entretien
1 hour interview. Had a few riddle-type questions followed by some situational and behavioural questions. Done by the manager and one of the senior co-op students. Was a generally easy interview.
