The process took more than one month. Started with an email exchange, followed by a phone interview, with lots of space in between. Asked about my spiritual journey, which was to be expected. Weeks later, received a generic rejection notice with the sign-off being "Have a great day!" Asked for feedback repeatedly and got radio silence. Very poor experience for a Christian organization.
