Brief initial interview to see where you fit. Talked about the company and the promotional aspects of the entry-level position. Talked about my experiences that relate to the job. Talked about my past jobs. Made sure to reinforce how interested I was in the position and how my past experiences can benefit me in their company. Ended up getting a second interview out of it.

I was contacted by a member of the HR staff in regards to my qualifications for the role. She asked me a few questions and told me more about the position as well as Signature. I was scheduled for an interview a few days later where I met with one of the hiring managers. The interview was just that, an interview. She asked questions about myself and what I am looking for in regards to my future. I also asked questions about the position and the company. The manager told me she was going to call me back and I received a call the next day inviting me back for a second interview. The second interview was a little more difficult but I learned more about the company, my specific duties and about the client!
