I applied in person with a paper application but the company has since gone paperless. The application is pretty straightforward but the ensuing tests are time consuming. There are tests that are meant to determine your personality type as well as ethics and integrity, which determine whether your are interviewed or not. You are then interviewed by the assistant manager and then the manager of whichever store you are applying to. If you're applying to the company in general, you will be contacted by which ever manager has openings available in the area. I would recommend specifying a location to improve your chances of being contacted if you know a position is available. Call the store first to inquire, if they confirm availability it's good to go in and introduce yourself to the manager so he/she can put a face to a name.
