Two Steps
1. Assessment Center: you will be put into a group of 4-5 people discussing the case study handed out by the company, and together create a presentation.
2. Interview: only <50% of the applicants were selected based from their performance in the assessment center (i.e. your contribution to the discussion, your presentation skills, your answers to questions asked by the interviewer).

Very chill, ask about you, cv related and past work. Focus on the person not so much skills, depends on where you drive the interview. Don't bluff around of course

I had to go through an online assessment in the first round. Afterwards, in the second round, there was a panel interview where all shortlisted candidates were required to participate. The panel interview was held for a day in which there were 3 main sections: 1 self-introduction of each candidate 2. Case interview 3. Behavioral interview

Entretien
It was through phone screening. It was too abrupt. The HR started interviewing me with a whole list of questions and I was unprepared. The HR asked me about my career plans and what kind of jobs I applied and she had asked some personal questions that made me quite uncomfortable as I feel that it was too private for me to share with her.
