Overall interview environment was unwelcoming, which made it difficult to engage with the hiring manager (sales leader) as the communication style felt discouraging throughout. During the discussion, the focus was largely on my company research rather than an assessment of my skills, experience, and the value I could bring to the role. The interaction was transactional and there was no balance exchange. I believe interviews are a two-way process, where both the candidate and the company evaluate mutual fit.
