J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Signify Health (San Francisco, CA) en déc. 2023
Entretien
I applied in August; they got back to me in December. The recruiter was a mensch, but the actual interview with the director was pathetic: he was unprepared and spoke English poorly.

Question 1
"Hmmm...what would be a good SQL question to ask you....hmmmm..." [eventually asked the difference between WHERE and HAVING]

Entretien
Two month process. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. First company I've ever interviewed with that sent scheduling requests via spam emails then never bothered responding to follow-ups. Half the interviews were different than originally described. Interviewers simply didn't show up to interviews or interviews were rescheduled at the very last minute. I eventually told them I was no longer interested and only then did they become more responsive.
In the third and "final" interview I was asked questions by a "director" who seemingly did not understand the nuances or differences between a 'set' and all other Python data structures. An important distinction when asking questions like "how many sets are there in Python?" and expecting the total number of data structures.
One of the worst interviewing experiences of my career. I'd be disappointed if I thought these people were actually serious or competent. Pretty sure they were being blatantly dishonest from the start and just looking to nail down metrics/requirements before EOY. If you have options, I'd highly recommend avoiding Signify Health.

Question 1
How many sets are there in Python? Corrected: how many data structures are there in Python?
