I had a very disappointing experience with the hiring process at Signitives. I cleared all interview rounds, including two in-person interviews and a final discussion with the CTO, who personally informed me that I was selected. They collected all my certificates and asked me to join immediately. When I requested 5 days to join, they agreed and mentioned that I would receive the offer letter shortly. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone over the next several weeks, there was no clarity. Initially, I was told they were waiting for client confirmation. Later, after more follow-ups, I received a vague email stating that the position was now on hold. If the offer was uncertain or dependent on a client, this should have been communicated clearly from the start. The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency and response — even when I reached out to senior leadership like the CTO and CEO, there was no reply. The salary negotiation process was also poorly handled and added to the unprofessionalism. Overall, it was a time-wasting and unpleasant experience. If the position was not confirmed, they should not have committed to an offer or collected documents. I hope the company improves its hiring process and communication to avoid giving false expectations to candidates in the future. Advice to Management: Be transparent with candidates from the beginning. Don’t commit to offers unless they are confirmed. Respect candidates’ time and efforts, especially when they’ve gone through multiple interview rounds and shared personal documents.
