There was a phone screening with a recruiter which ended with an invitation to come into the office and have an on-site interview. The phone screen was pretty generic and easy. The recruiter mostly talked about Signpost and what they do and asked about my experience. The on-site interview was great. It was super casual, friendly, and more conversational. It lasted about an hour and the time honestly flew by.
