A fairly relaxed conversation with a talent consultant and a senior designer. They were very nice. We talked about the company and about my previous work experience and skills. I was asked to go through a couple projects, highlighting my role in them. A few days after the interview I got a phone call from the talent consultant. They explained thoroughly why they did not decide to continue the interview process with me.
