Entretien
I had a 30 min phone call with HR representative, and than I was invited to an interview at the company offices. The HR explained the job description and background on similar web. The first 1:1 interview included question about my thesis, than 45 minutes of test that included questions in statistic and python coding skills.

Question 1
The interview included a test with basic statistics questions, the answer was relying on understanding Geometric distribution, also Multinational distribution. Than I was presented with python related question (I was asked to write the solution on board), the interviewer asked me to write code that calculates for each user the amount of active days in the system and to calculate retention rate for users.

It was pretty efficient, 40 mins, they asked about my experience as a manager rather than technical questions, which is what I expected. the three interviewers were very nice. they were easy going and wanted to know more about my expircne, getting into details of managing a team conflicts
