Very good interviews process always update what the next steps and how I can prepare for it, I sign with another company but I was very impressed with the process

Entretien
The interview consisted of 4 parts: screening call, technical part, live coding and HR+VP part. First three parts were online interviews and the last one was onsite interview in Prague.
After going through all the 4 parts of the process they told me that they would write to me with their decision soon...and disappeared. They didn't write me any single word till now.
