The video interview process was very smooth and efficient. They gave you clear instructions and gave you practice questions where you could have unlimited attempts.
There was also a written exercise where I had to sum up the key points of an article.

Video Interview, recorded and super easy to navigate. Took roughly an hour and was guided through the whole process. Had situational questions that took 3 parts of the VI and then followed by a recorded interview with around 5 questions.

There are 3 parts of the interview, the first is an associate interview where there were 2 associates asking questions. Then there's a Mandarin test where we need to read out a passage and type out a transcript of a news report. Lastly, there was a written test where we needed to write a letter on behalf of someone else in both English and Chinese.
