I applied for the 2023 summer vacation scheme. Unfortunately not progressed any further than the online assessment. Numerous online assessment questions interspersed with interview questions, very situational judgement questions heavy.

Entretien
The interview was mainly based on competency questions. It was fairly straightforward, and asked questions about your fit for the particular role and the specific interest for the company and the area of practice. it was a mix of video interview and chat based questions

Entretien
Applied through website, online test and phone interview, then assessment centre. Overall a pleasant experience - they're not out to with trick questions. If you have done your research about the firm and its past work, then you should be fine. Overall, one of the more straight-forward interviews: I think they're more out to determine fit.

No difficult questions - just know why Simmons & Simmons, the sector-focus, what makes them different.
Interview was focused pretty much on my CV, my experiences and academic/extra-curricular activities I was involved in. Since I am a non-law student, why law in general?
