This place is a PYRAMID SCHEME. Everything about the interview process screams SCAM. As soon as i walked in I could tell something was not right . Please tread carefully and don't be fooled by the hype train they try to get you on.

This company is a complete scam, the interview process is a group of employees pitching you to work for Arias. Each position that was discussed has the main goal of hiring and training more employees. The pay depends on how many employees you hire once you are promoted 3-6 months in.
It was a 45 minute zoom call, and there were very easy questions to answer. Conversation went really well, and the guy seemed genuinely interested in having me work for them
