The interview process consisted of two days, minimal questions and lots of information on the job at hand, what was required, how you got paid (commission only) and the opportunity for in company growth.
They do not really interview you, if you are willing to work they will onboard you immediately. Commission based and is really difficult to start up. The training isn't too bad.
