Job was issued on Indeed and seemed great. However, once going through the very strange “interview” process where they pretend to be the coolest business on the planet, you realise it’s not a salary like they advertise, it’s 100% commission based. You’re taken off into groups where all they brag about is how much they earn, all the work nights out (every week - not for my antisocial self!) and everything that I believe they think young people want to hear, but I was left feeling very uncomfortable. I’m not sure whether I didn’t accept the job offer in the end because of this interview process or because I can’t be 100% commission based when I have bills to pay, but I was actually hoping I wouldn’t get the job after hours of listening to money bragging, a bit too much to the point I don’t believe they earn nearly as much as it’s claimed. I was also told that there was limited spaces for roles, literally 2 jobs were going on the day I went for an interview. Yet the next week, they were applying for the job position again. And then the next week. It is still on there now. An “amazing” job where they’re always hiring? Not for me. Hints at a high turnover of staff.
