Questions d'entretien chez SimpledCard

Na de intake duurde het langer dan een maand om feedback te krijgen en een eerste gesprek te regelen. Het eerste interview met de lead was interactief en interessant. Goede vragen om over na te denken alvorens te beantwoorden. Alles goed. Het tweede gesprek met de direct leidinggevende was technischer maar prima. Het derde interview met de regisseur was niet professioneel, hij was arrogant en was niet geïnteresseerd in jou als persoon of als professional. Het vierde interview met de ontwikkelaar was neutraal, het lijkt alsof hij daar al lang werkt en niet zozeer gemotiveerd is. De definitieve feedback kostte hen bijna 3 weken.

I was approached by Simpledcard recruiters for the position somewhere in July. They arranged for a one hour interview with the CFO which went very well and quite pleasing. I was supposed to have a second (and last) round of interview this week with the owner and CEO of the company when all of a sudden I received a generic email thanking me for my interest in the position and informing me that they have decided to go with more suitable candidates. This was followed by another email saying that they actually decided to hire another person who was already in the interview process because summer holidays are coming up and they were under time pressure to make a decision. I'm not sure how to read into that as between the time I was invited to the interview and the cancelled interview there was less than a week time gap. I found their behavior extremely unprofessional. It seems as of they do not care for the time that one puts into partaking into an interview process.
