The interviewer or this company wants someone who can answer their questions without looking at your working experience. They’re picky which is I understand. That’s why technical interviewers are old and obviously doesn’t want change. But atleast the HR are still nice.

Had an initial interview to discuss role and resposibilites. Second Interview to go through my technical expertise. Third Interview to see if I was a fit for the company culture.

Entretien
I was referred to Simplus by a mutual friend. They have the same process with other companies. I was interviewed by the Talent/HR. After the interview they gave me a technical exam and on the same day the Technical Interview and Final Interview was also scheduled.
