Applied online; got invite for phone interview after two weeks. Had a great conversation with the TV station's CEO. Said would reach out next week, but didn't hear back. Sent a follow up - no response. Finally, was able to see online in regards to my status, which stated I wasn't selected. I guess my credentials were too good for this company.

Interviewed with multiple hubs across the country to get my career started. All of them were over the phone. For the most part, the interviewers (mostly Master Control Supervisors but some chief engineers) were very laid back, so the interviews were not daunting at all. Unfortunately, due to the various cutbacks and layoffs in the company been having over the last few years, I'm not sure if I would want to work for them long term.
