Entretien
1) Phone screen with recruiting. I had applied to this role the previous year and was told to reach back out if I was still interested because they had already moved on with a different candidate. Normally there would have been a take-home code review assignment but I had already completed it previously and it was still on file.
2) 30-45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. We discussed the support role more in-depth and what my background in my current role.
3) Phone interview with a member of the support team located in Prague.
4) 3-hour onsite interview in the Portland Office. This was a panel interview where I had the opportunity to speak with several members of the team in Portland. There was also a brief troubleshooting project to complete with their product.
5) A brief phone call from recruiting asking how I felt about the role and if it seemed like a good fit for me, they would like me to go to San Francisco for onsite interviews at the headquarters.
5) 3-hour onsite interview at the headquarters in San Francisco. Another panel interview with various members of the organization from different departments.
The interview process from start to finish took about 2 months. It was longer than other interviews I have had in the past but I felt like it was very well done. At no point in time was I confused what would come next. The recruiting team I was in communications with the whole time always kept me in the loop and answered all of my questions along the way.
