The process was fully remote (Zoom calls) due to COVID. However, most of the people I talked to were based in other locations, so it probably would've been mostly video interviews anyway. 3 rounds with recruiters and hiring managers.
Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SiriusXM (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
Initially contacted via phone and scheduled an interview.
First round with a panel of 2. Felt uncomfortable to ask any questions as they seemed to be in quite a rush and one of the non-technical guys was super intimidating and rushy to get information. I could imagine what working under him would be like. Was provided with a 30 min paper test with basic questions (a laptop would have been nice).
Didn't hear back for 10 days and I was contacted again for a 2nd round. Appeared for the second round and it was much more relaxed. No reply for 2 weeks after which I saw that the job poster was removed, sent a follow up to realise the position was filled.
Once the role is filled, they don't care about the other candidates who appeared for the interview.
Overall, unhappy about waiting for a month after appearing twice. Waste of time and energy.

Entretien
Started with a short pre-screening phone call, the first interview was a little informal structure with 2 employees separately. The next stage of the process was a final interview with the team director and a technical test.
