Group interview, no technical questions-- just general questions to get to know you. We met at a coffee shop with Amanda (CEO located in Columbus, OH), but I'm sure that she has since hired someone to take care of hiring.

Very easy large group interview. It is essentially an orientation, which is great for the sitters but terrible for the families. Everyone will be allowed in, no references, no vetting, and little personal questions. Congrats - you’re hired!

the interview was set up with a group of potential sitters, about 20/30 people. The boss spoke about the company and what would be expected of us. The dress was very casual and the interview process was quick.
