I was abroad and been referenced by a friend, so i had an interview by a video call i've been asked to tell about myself, been asked few questions about my resume. it was very friendly interview and mostly was all about knowing each other after that interview, i had an interview with the CEO, also very friendly and mostly to know one another and get your "vibe"
