The process took 6 weeks. While all of the interviewers were friendly and fairly knowledgeable, the TA was extremely rude and disrespectful from day 0 to day 50. I have never encountered a TA with such poor attitude, and even the interviewers pointed out that the TA spelled my name wrong in the interview invites. My impression is that their pay is not great, but the culture seems quite flexible. I don't think I could've taken the offer if I was given it, and perhaps the hiring team noticed that as well, but I was still surprised that they would treat a candidate with such little respect. And they should've been more transparent with the whole process to not waste anyone's time.
