They put a lot of emphasis on personality & IQ to ensure you are a good "fit" with the team who go on trips together etc. They think they are pretty cool and hip. From what I gathered the senior reps good all the good industries/leads and the newbies get the scraps. Lots of cold calling, Hugh turn-over. Unrealistic expectations for a trade show company that is a franchise.

They were more interested in culture, if you are "cool enough", lots of testing....

Applied through Linked In. First interview on the phone I was told to call at a specified time. When I called, I got a voice mail. Left a message. Had to call her back on Monday twice to get in touch.
Next interview in person with Managing Director. Went well. Hour long. Followed up with a Thank you email and received instructions for a third interview (phone) with another Account Executive. Followed up with another Thank You email with some questions. Email not answered for several days. Expressed interest in the job. Again email to Managing Director not answered for several days. Once answered, I was instructed to keep in touch through the holidays if I was interested. They had decided to hold off on hiring until January. I have sent two more emails. Neither of which have been replied to. Very unprofessional and shows lack of initiative to get the position filled. Can only imagine the lack of support and communication you would receive as an Account Executive with this company.

I asked most of the questions other than the basic "tell me about your background".
