The interview process was professional and straightforward. I had a short phone screening followed by a video interview. They asked about my accounting experience, QuickBooks skills, handling invoices, problem-solving, and communication. The entire process felt organized and respectful.

Was sent an automated message by the "CEO" and then another follow up email with some interview questions that you answer by video since they couldn't take the time to speak to me 1 on 1. Submitted the interview questions and was immediately rejected. It's clear they are using AI to review resumes and also using it for the interview questions. When a company is too lazy to you meet with you 1 on 1, it reflects on their processes and shows how much they really care about who they hire. Knowing that's how they operate, glad I was rejected by AI, dodged a bullet with this company.
