Applied online, about 3 days later recruiter gave me a preliminary call to get to know me. Set up an interview with district manager. He presented some scenarios, asked my direction, and had me take a skill and personality assessment. Shadowed an AM shift. Received offer a few days later. Recruiter kept lines of communication open the entire time.

The interview process is a little long, but the have to make sure they are finding the perfect fit. i also got to go behind the scenes and watch how operations are ran to make sure that i would be happy working for the company.

Entretien
It consisted of calculated questions to determine my competence and ability to be a positive part of the smash burger team. I was interviewed by the current general manager and also the district manager that was over the store I was applying for.
