Entretien
First was contacted by an interviewer. He was friendly and asked some screening questions on C++ basics and multithreading. I passed the screening and went to the first round. This was taken by a staff engineer.
I was told to interview myself and we started off with what is polymorphism.
I was told to implement a virtual function example in some IDE of my choice, and then I was told to implement own vector using C++.
I started with the basic implementation but I got stuck at implementing the copy constructor. She corrected me and at the end when I asked for the feedback she told me to brush up on the basics again.
The review given to the recruiter was that I lacked the basics, despite answering and implementing majority of the questions.
I think such because of such faulty feedback environment present, better to avoid this company.
