The interview process was very well thought through and comprehensive. It included meetings with key senior leaders and stakeholders from across the organization, as well as a panel interview where I was asked to present my 90-day communications and stakeholder engagement plan. For being a large, global organization the whole process took place in a relatively short amount of time.
