Quick, Main interview took place over the phone with option to complete in person and ability to tour the facility is desired. Interviewer had my resume with experience and after making the decision to hire told me someone from HR would reach out to me with an official offer. HR reached out the next day.

They were really focused on culture and having a positive attitude towards staff and patients. Several questions were geared towards this area. It seemed like the main thing they wanted to know about after confirming my Nursing credentials and experience.
