Interview process was cut short due to recent layoffs and my recruiter being let go. Up until the then, I had a great experience and would have loved the role.

Entretien
It was a long process - took more than 2.5months with at least 2 weeks between each step. Each of my interviews went extremely well, but I did not get the offer. I never heard back from the HR about the rejection. My last interview was 3 weeks ago and I have not received any updates/communications despite following up 3 times.
The overall interviews are easy and people are friendly, but the process is long and slow.
Step 1: HR interview to check if the basic requirements for the role are met. About 30mins long where they ask you your work experience and tell you about the role.
Step 2: 30min interview with the hiring manager. Again, very experience based, not technical.
Step 3: Panel interview with 4 members from different teams. Very culture focused where they look for experiences that demonstrate Creativity, Smartness and Kindness. Very focused on behaviour match alone.
Step 4: A 15min presentation with the hiring team on a simple topic focused on selling ads. Followed by 10mins of short questions. The team does not ask to see the deck before or after the presentation so I think that they are mostly looking for communication skills and confidence.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with the recruiter, a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager and then a panel round with 4 x 30 minute interviews. Each of these interviews was with a different member of the commercial team and they asked questions focusing on Snaps values.
