Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2022
Entretien
It was a typical three stage interview. I met with the recruiter, hiring manager and team. They let me know the decision within a few days as well. My only issue is that the process took a couple weeks and they assured me I was a qualified candidate but ended up telling after everything was finished that the scope of the role has changed and in turn all applicants are now not being consider for the roll. I wish they knew what they were looking for considering the roll e has been open for around 5 months. Word of advice don’t waste your time interviewing.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap (New York, NY)
Entretien
Initial call with a recruiter, call with team manager, 3 person round robin panel, and a last minute additional chat with a team member. Unfortunately I was brought through the entire process (8 weeks) and was not offered the position since they went with someone with more experience. Not the best experience as I had to take a lot of time from work to do the interviews. And i prepared for hours since i really wanted the job. Everything went great and I got only positive feedback and really connected with all of the interviewers. Hopefully they don’t put other candidates through the entire process just to give a simple “sorry the other person had more experience” since they knew the experience difference since the first round!
