Entretien
Interviewer was late. Poor audio and image quality. But the real issue was their interviewing style. It was very aggressive and almost mean. I was interrupted several times during an answer. Content of questions was the most aggressive/ambitious of any company I’ve talked to. Their speaking tone was accusatory too … almost like they didn’t believe me or what I put on my resume. Compressing a 2nd round interview to 30 min (when it is usually 45 or 60) reinforced bad behaviors.

I understand that interviewing is hard for both sides, but I was pretty surprised by my experience with Snap! Raise. After applying, I received an email the next morning saying I had moved on to do the initial screening call. Excited about the opportunity, I moved a meeting to try and start the process as soon as possible. But then the next day, I received an email that they had offered the position to another person so my interview was canceled. I'm sure it's just a numbers game and you want as many applicants as possible, but if you were one day away from potentially offering someone the position, why not just wait the day before getting people into the process?
